Spanish Model Recipes For Your Microwave - Food items


Want to impress your buddies by experiencing an all-out cooking Fiesta? Right here are some recipes that you can serve at your Fiesta implementing your microwave. Your guests will presume you slaved all day, but you ultimately did not.

I use microwave cookware built by Tupperware for these recipes. Check out what you have, but I never suggest glass or corningware.

Southwest Chicken Enchiladas

one lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

2 Tbsp SW Chipotle Seasoning

one/2 cup chopped red pepper

one/2 cup chopped green pepper

one/2 cup chopped onion

12 corn tortillas

one (15 oz) can enchilada sauce

one cup shredded cheddar cheese

Put one cup drinking water in base of a microwave cooker. Put veggies & chicken in shallow colander of Tupperware's oval cooker and address. Microwave on Very high five min. Stir and microwave on Very high three-five min. a great deal more before chicken is cooked.

In base of Oval Microcooker, layer six tortillas, sauce, chicken blend, and cheese. Repeat before finished with cheese on top notch.

Go over & microwave on Med. Very high for seven-10 min. Recipe serves six.

Microwave Spanish Rice

one Tbsp butter or margarine

one cup lengthy grain rice

one Tbsp Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

one (fourteen one/2 oz) can chicken broth

one/2 cup salsa

Mexican Lasagna

Prepare filling:

Set cup of cheese on the top notch and microwave at 70% strength for 12-15 minutes or before it is warmed totally.

Sprinkle tortilla chips on top notch just previously serving. (this is optional)

You can also garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onions.
