My meat of preference is chicken most of the time - Food

The variety of meat I use additional sometimes is surely that of chicken. In specific, I like some terribly everyday Indian recipes, like chicken tandoori and chicken tikka masala, which are so different from the variety of flavor we are implemented to listed here in Italy. About ten years back, when I observed Indian cooking, I tried out to cook these dishes all by myself, but acquiring all the necessary spices listed here in Italy was pretty tough. Now, even in the grocery store, you can come across pretty gratifying Indian sauces definitely containing all the necessary spices: all you have to do is to add the pieces of chicken: my sons absolutely adore it.
