--Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie--
>> Filling:
2 cups water
fourteen ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts,cut into 1/2-inch parts
2 carrots, peeled and cubed (about 1 cup)
2 ribs celery, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 3/four cup)
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1/four teaspoon black pepper
1/four cup butter
four tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup hefty whipping cream
1 cup frozen peas
>> Crust:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
5 to 7 tablespoons chilly water
To make the filling: In four-quart saucepan blend water, chicken, carrots, celery and onion. Provide to a boil. Diminish to a simmer and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Include chicken bouillon, pepper and butter. Dissolve cornstarch and flour into whipping cream and stir into chicken combination. Simmer 3 minutes stirring usually before thickened. Include peas and set apart.

1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons ice water
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Conquer with each other butter and shortening before clean and creamy chill untilfirm.
Sift with each other flour, sugar and salt in medium bowl.

To pie crust, include:
1 compact box chocolate pudding (both cooking or prompt)
1 compact box vanilla pudding (both cooking or prompt)
1/four teaspoon rum extract (even more or significantly less to style)
