Macaroni Grill Chicken Cannelloni...a terrific macaroni grill recipe to try...pleasant one!

INGREDIENTSCannelloni Filling:

* 8 ounces chicken breast (about two), cooked carefully * 1 ounce contemporary spinach, chopped * 1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, sliced * sixteen ounces ricotta cheese * three ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded * 1/two teaspoon table-ground black pepper * 1 teaspoon salt * 12 lasagna pasta sheets, approximate dimension of 5 x six inches

Cannelloni Sauce:

* sixteen ounces Asiago cream sauce, or your favorite Alfredo sauce * sixteen ounces Macaroni Grill tomato sauce, or your favorite tomato-based mostly pasta sauce * three ounces Parmesan cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONSOnce the chicken breast has been cooked carefully, allow for it to neat to an internal temperature of forty five degrees F.

Dice the cooled chicken breast into 1/two-inch pieces and area into a giant mixing bowl. Add spinach, tomatoes, ricotta, mozzarella, pepper and salt, and mix carefully.
